well samsung is a very good tv and its cheaper than sony, phillips, polaroid and other big brand names and the good thing is that samsung is made by sony but its alot cheaper

Donot go for cheap brands as quality really matters...these things are not taken many times, so buy the best one....
well, first of all, i\'d suggest u to tak LCD instead of Plasma...go for Sony or Samsung LCDs as they r just the best....
and if u\'ve made up ur mind for plasma only, then go for panasonic...I\'ve one plasma at home, for the same brand...and its really nice...
